Sarah qualified as a nurse in 1996 from Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Aylesbury, where she met her now husband Dean.  Her general nursing career started in Oxford working within Acute General Medicine at The John Radcliffe Hospital; she then moved to the Churchill Hospital, still in Oxford and worked in the Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy unit. In 2001, Sarah moved into the private sector and began working for Boots Healthcare Services as a Laser Nurse.  It was during this time that she began working with Cristina Rich, where they developed a strong friendship and excellent working relationship.  Since then Sarah has continued to develop her speciality in all aspects of the Aesthetics Nursing Sector, she has completed both the BTEC Award in Laser and Intense Pulsed Light Hair Removal and the BTEC Advanced Award in the Principles of Laser, Light and Associated Therapies, both taught by the renowned Dr Liz Raymond-Brown in Nottingham.  She has also completed the ‘Best Practice in Botulinum Toxin Type A’ training where she received training from Clinical Experts such as Maria Brennan-Thorn.  She has completed her advanced Medical Microdermabrasion training and has qualified as a Microsclerotherapist, from the Whitely Clinic in Guildford. And she has attended numerous Advanced Skincare courses within the growing Cosmoceutical Speciality. Sarah has also attained all of her Royal College of Nursing Aesthetic Nurse Competencies.

Along with all her training Sarah attends regular User group days, Aesthetic Conferences and in-house workshops and has established herself within this specialist area of Nursing.

Catherine Griffiths

DR CATHERINE GRIFFITHS BDS - DENTAL SURGEON AND MEDICAL AESTHETIC PRACTITIONER

Dr Griffiths qualified as a dentist in 1986 from University College London.  She has worked in both private and NHS dental practices for the past 21 years, and is currently based within Shropshire, where she performs both general and cosmetic dentistry.

Her interest in facial aesthetics began 16 years ago when she started using Collagen as a dermal filler, to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. For the last four years she has been using Botulinum Muscle Relaxing Injections and Dermal Fillers in practice and is now looking forward to expanding her skills by performing longer-lasting injectable implants for loss of cheek volume, thereby continuing her passion for Facial Aesthetics at Claremont Skin Clinic.

Catherine’s ethos for facial aesthetics has always been “less is more”. Adopting subtle correction of the aging face over the highly augmented approach has lead Catherine to be a highly regarded and popular Practitioner within Shropshire.
